Update to “The Scripture Chaser”

This is version 1.0.3.0. Here is a list of changes

• Included Book of Commandments
• Access Strong’s words without having to generate a web page
• Ability to back up and restore comments and history
• “Word Tools” – including Soundex (Words that sound alike.)
